AUSTRALIA WIDE DELIVERY

Enjoy free delivery for all orders over $200

For all orders under $200 (standard shipping) cost is $9.95. 

Shoes $15 - SALE shoes will be posted without box

Your orders will be packed and dispatched within 3-5 business days* from the time of order. A dispatch confirmation email displaying your track and trace number will be sent once the order has been shipped. 

Please be advised that Boutique on Binney do not have control of your order once it's with Australia Post. Should you have any shipping concerns in relation to time frames or items being left at the property, you will need to make contact with Australia Post. 

Express shipping is available for $15. Your orders will be packed and dispatched within 1-2 business days* from the time of order. A dispatch confirmation email displaying your track and trace number will be sent once the order has been shipped.

All deliveries are made by Australia Post.

NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY

Enjoy standard shipping flat rate of $25 AU

Your orders will be packed and dispatched within 3-5 business days from the time of order. A dispatch confirmation email displaying your track and trace number will be sent once the order has been shipped. 

Express shipping is available for $30 AU, delivery times are 4-5 business days from the time of order. 

All deliveries are made by Australia Post and will require a signature on delivery

**Please note we have been advised from Australia Post that due to COVID - 19 there are extended delays for international shipping. Please contact Australia Post for any addition questions or queries as they are in control of your package once it has left us.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When your online purchase is complete you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and delivery details. We will also provide you with a link that will allow you to track and trace the status of your delivery at any time.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 working days of placing your order so that we may assist you.
