Terms & Conditions

We understand that online shopping can be difficult, as you cannot try before you buy. 

At Boutique on Binney we would like you to be happy with your purchase. We offer the following easy options to help you find the right item:

REFUND ON FULL PRICE ITEMS IF RETURNED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF DELIVERY 

Items must be returned within 5 days of receiving your delivery. 

Items returned after 5 days WILL NOT be accepted.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn with all original tags attached.

Returns WILL NOT be accepted if the item/s have been worn, altered or washed/dry cleaned.

Unfortunately due to health regulations we are unable to accept returns on jewellery, please choose carefully.

All items returned will be fully reviewed before refunds are accepted & processed. 

Items found not in their original condition, worn, altered, washed/dry cleaned or without tags in place may be deemed non-refundable.

Please allow up to 2 weeks from postage for your return to be processed & your account to be credited.

EXCHANGES

If you require your purchase to be exchanged for a different size or item,
please note that this is subject to availability.

If your item is not available at the time of processing you will receive a refund.

The value of an item is determined by the amount paid & listed on your invoice. 

If you are exchanging for a completely different item, the value of the new item is determined by the online listed price at the time of exchange is processed, we cannot apply discounts from past sales/promotions.

FAULTY ITEMS/DAMAGES

We inspect each garment when it arrives, each item is inspected to ensure that everything we send out to our customers is in the right condition. We then wrap & package them accordingly for delivery.  We ensure we are happy with the goods prior to dispatch. However, if you are unsatisfied with the quality of your delivery we will do the best we can to rectify the problem.

Goods damaged as a result of wear & tear are NOT considered faulty.

Claims received after 5 days of receipt of order may not be acknowledged.
 
To ensure you are eligible for a return, we recommend the following:

- try all shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid scuff marks.
- do not apply any moisturisers or creams before trying on to avoid stains & oil marks etc
- be aware of make-up rubbing off on garments, stains & marks etc of this nature may deem your item non-returnable,

    so please ensure you take care to avoid disappointment.

    SALE ITEMS

    Items purchased during a promotion, sale items, clearance items & online credits & gift cards are non-refundable & non-exchangable. 

    SHIPPING

    We offer flat rate $9.95 shipping on all orders delivered within Australia.  

    The daily order cut off time is 4pm.  All orders received after 4pm will be packed the following business day.

    All orders will be sent via Australia Post - Express Post network. Delivery times vary depending on your destination.

    HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

    Please email us via our "contact us" page or you can email us directly info@boutiqueonbinney.com.au to advice your intention to do so.  

    We recommend that you return your items via Express or Registered Post. 

    Boutique on Binney will not be responsible for goods that are lost or damaged in transit.

    IMPORTANT

    Shipping & handling costs for all returns are the responsibility of the customer & will only be reimbursed if the goods are deemed faulty. Please note that the refund/exchange amount offered will be for the item/s only & will not include the postage charges.


    OUT OF STOCKS

    We update our stock availability multiple times a day, however on the rare occasion another customer may have selected to purchase the same item at the same time, either online or in our Euroa store. If this does happen we may not be able to deliver. 

    If we are unable to supply your order in full we will notify you within 2 business days. 

    A revised delivery date will be advised or a full refund will be offered.
